If you have a GP referral, please e-mail it to: admin@drtorshizi.com or by fax to: 03 9125 8955 (We require patients’ emails and phone number on the referral) as we use emails and text messages to inform of the outcome of referrals and the steps to take to book the first appointment.
Important
Please note, due to the extremely high volume of referrals and phone inquiries we receive on a daily basis, there is an estimated lead time of up to 4 weeks from the day of receiving your referral until a decision is made. We will notify you of the outcome of the decision.
